Do you require a consultation before booking?
Yes — for extensions and vivids. A consultation lets us build the right plan and order custom hair when needed.
How far in advance should I book?
Most appointments are booked 4–8 weeks out. Vivid work may book further in advance.
What's your cancellation policy?
A card on file is required to book, with a 48-hour cancellation policy. Details are sent with your booking confirmation.
Do you accept new guests?
Yes — I welcome new guests. Start by requesting a consultation and we'll go from there.
